Refresh the senses\, with a day to nourish YOU 🏵️ \nAnne will be guiding us in a gentle hatha yoga practise\, breathwork and meditation. The physical ‘asana’ practise can be adapted and modified for all abilities. Both Anne and Lauren are passionate that yoga is for EVERY BODY… So if you’re a newbie or don’t think of yourself as ‘a yogi’ then you are most welcome ☺️ \nAfter a tasty homemade lunch and nibbles we will get cosy for an afternoon sound bath. Lauren will begin with a yoga nidra practise (a meditation for deep rest) to guide you into an hour of soothing sounds… Using the gongs\, crystal singing bowls and chimes. The vibrations and frequencies supporting you to access a place of deep rest where mind and body can heal and restore. \nWe look forward to sharing this day of our favourite practises with you 💜 \nPlease just give us the heads up on the booking form of any health conditions so we can plan to ensure a lovely supportive day for you. \nRefund policy: If you need to cancel we require 1 weeks notice to offer a 50% refund. No refund will be given on cancellations with less than 7 days notice.
