Liam is Head Coach & Manager of Westmorland CrossFit & Castle Ironworks Gym. Liam achieved his Level 2 CrossFit Coaching Award in 2019. He has also gained his CrossFit Strongman qualification, CrossFit Competitors Qualification and British Weightlifting Medal 1.
Liam is extremely focussed to encourage and enable members to reach their full potential. He works hard to gain more qualifications and to learn new teaching methods to pass on to members, in order to provide a more complete experience. Liam is constantly expanding his horizons to pass this experience on to members both old and new and to ensure Westmorland CrossFit is a centre of excellence for CrossFit athletes.
Liam also offers personal training one to one and can tailor programmes to suit.
Lisa is a keen Cross Fitter and has participated is many CrossFit competitions.
Lisa is also the junior co-ordinator and coach for Kendal Athletics. It’s a position she has held for many years.
Jay is a very keen CrossFit athlete and is constantly striving to improve his abilities. His dedication to the sport has motivated him to achieve his CrossFit Level One Certification in order to become a coach. Jay’s passion and commitment have led him to achieve many of his goals and in turn, wanting to help others to achieve theirs.
I am passionate about teaching people new skills and making workouts enjoyable. I specialise in ‘Strength & Conditioning’ and ‘Functional training’. I really enjoy motivating people to become fitter, stronger and more confident versions of themselves. I achieve this by setting realistic targets which in turn lead to the ‘Big Goal’
