Christie Byrne is an experienced musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a strong background in private practice and elite sport. After graduating with First-Class Honours in 2014 at UCLAN, she gained broad experience through the NHS before progressing into specialist musculoskeletal and sport roles.
Alongside he physiotherapy work, Christie holds an APPI Pilates Matwrok qualification and has taught weekly classes for over 5 years.

Alasdair has been helping people in general and athletes in particular to get back to theirbest following injury ever since graduating from UCLAN with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy in 2011. A highly-skilled and respected practitioner of manual therapy, massage and personalised rehabilitation regimes/programmes, he performs a whole-body assessment on each patient before starting to treat them.
A committed long-distance runner himself, Alasdair (aka Rehab Al) specialises inthose lower limb injuries typical of running, and has gained invaluable experience intreating road runners and fell runners all the way from recreational to internationalstandard, as well as every level of CrossFitter.
