Sound healing uses instruments from various origins to create a soundscape that supports the body and mind to access a deeper state of relaxation. Physically, the vibrations of the sounds have a cleansing affect and promote balance of the energy channels (chakras/meridians). The frequencies of the sounds have been shown to slow the brain waves right down further supporting your deep relaxation and restoration.

We begin with a short guided meditation which includes mindfulness and some gentle breathwork. This is followed by a 50 minute sound journey with time to gentle come around at the end 🙂
