Yoga with Minker Chang

Minker has practiced yoga for twenty years and has been teaching since 2012.
2016-21, he taught at Proper Northern Yoga, Kendal, including co-teaching Yoga Teacher Training.
Minker’s classes blend yoga with somatic movement, Tai Chi, Chi Gong, meditation, and many other movement modalities.
His teaching focuses on integrating theory into embodied practice.

Krishnamacharya Yoga – Yoga as therapy
Iyengar style Yoga -Concentration, Focus, Discipline.
Mixed Internal Arts – Yoga, Tai Chi, Martial Movement.
Yoga and Neuroscience -The CNS and The Divided Brain
Lymphatic-Fascia-Floss-Flow-State – Discipline and Surrender.
