‘The evening flow is a perfect way to end your day, through the balance of breath and movement. There will be elements of strength, paired with moments of stillness. This is a chance to let go of your day, to feel into your body, and just be.
If you are a beginner to yoga, then I recommend my beginners course before attending this class. If you do have any known injuries, please consult with your doctor first, if all good, please still make myself aware before we practice.’
