Gentle Flowing Yoga

In this gentle flowing yoga class, Martha will teach you how to link movement and breath for ease, flexibility and calm. This class is suitable for all abilities and ages.

Martha teaches a breath-based, focused flow for flexibility, clarity and calm. She encourages listening to your own body as a way to become playful and passionate about yourself. This isn’t about looking great in Lycra but feeling centered in yourself- move by move and breath by breath.

Her classes are designed for all levels and there will always be options for those practicing during pregnancy, with injuries or just for those days when you have excess energy to burn or want to take things slowly!
