Come along to ‘Pilates for all’ with Pilates with Vicky!

A dynamic and stronger Pilates practice that aims to improve strength, balance, coordination, breathing, overall fitness and prevent injury. Previous experience is recommended but not essential.

Classes are always different and with a bit of “spice”!
