Restful Resonance
Join me for a nurturing three-hour practice woven together to bring you back home to yourself. We’ll begin with gentle meditation and breathwork (pranayama), arriving softly in our bodies before moving through a sequence of deeply restorative and yin yoga postures. Each posture will be held for between 2-5 minutes supported by plenty of props to allow the deep fascia network of the body to release, aiding freedom of movement and energy flow. Your physical practise will be accompanied by the harmonising tones of the crystal singing bowls to further support your deep rest and relaxation. In this workshop my offering to you is space to simply be – allow yourself to be supported by the props, sacred sound, silence and slowness.
We’ll close with tea and homemade cake — a sweet, grounding way to gently return and reconnect before heading back into your day.
My approach to yoga is that is can be accessible to anyone with the right guidance and props. There is no one ‘right’ way to move, only what feels good in your body. I offer variations and support for all bodies. Whatever your yoga experience you are most welcome.
The cost includes refreshments and I provide mats and all the props. You might like to bring your own blanket and/or cushion to get really cosy. Wear comfy clothing, whatever that looks like for you – yoga clothes are whatever you feel comfiest in! Layers are best so you can take on and off as you need.
