This Flow + Restore class is a balanced practice built through a steady-paced flowing sequence followed by grounding restorative postures.
The combination of ‘flow’ (a dynamic sequence of asanas with focus on breath) and ‘restore’ (static/restorative poses) has a calming effect on the mind and body.
During the relaxation phase of the class you will experience healing sounds, scents and some hands-on techniques (if consenting) to elevate your Yoga experience.
At Westmorland Crossfit Yoga props such a bolsters and blocks may be used during this class. Please bring a blanket to make your experience more comfortable and relaxing.
