If you are new to us and fancy giving it a go before committing, we offer free trial sessions for both our CrossFit classes and use of the open gym! All of our memberships have no fixed contract, so you can be flexible and freeze/cancel your membership whenever you need. Please get in touch directly for information on discounts.
