Join Anne (The Knitting Yogi) every Monday for Mindful Movement:

Mindful movement is not about fitness, strength or resistance. It is complimentary to any fitness regime you might have but can also be a starting point on your journey to wellbeing.
I invite you to move with a complete awareness of what happens in your body in the present moment, with an openness to new sensations, leading to a better understanding of your physical, mental and emotional needs.
Mindful movement can be very freeing and relaxing too. Discover new ways to move and feel better within your own body.
